My only criticism would be the puff pastry was a little soggy on the inside. The filet was cooked to a perfect MR and the demi glaze was just Fantastic. ![]() For the main course, my wife had the Beef Wellington, which was excellent. Once again, being born and bred in MD, we loved the old bay butter and wish other restaurants would embrace this concept as well. I’d also like to mention the old bay butter served with our bread course. The Caesar salad was as good as a salad can be. This one was incredible and perfectly done. First course was the crab cake and Caesar salad. The meal was one of the best we’ve had in our entire lives. My wife and I dined at Gordon Ramsay’s Steak restaurant for our 20 year anniversary.
